I especially like the 4-8-12 weeks one :) . Beacues many people starts but as they do not see results in (we can say a week) their motivation starts to decrease. And as they start like this many times but never acomplish their journey ( for example 4 weeks start plan or whatever), they become to spin in spirals and that is not good for them or you :) , is it ?
